Data Controller
In accordance with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable data protection principles, TURLink ("the Company") acts as the data controller and provides this notice to inform you about how your personal data is processed.
Personal Data Processed
We process the full name, email address, message content, and — where applicable — CV information you share with us through the contact form, quote request, or job application.
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed strictly for the purposes of responding to your inquiries, evaluating product and quote requests, processing job applications, and fulfilling our legal obligations.
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, and/or your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 5/2 of the KVKK.
Data Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, to the extent strictly necessary, with our email delivery service provider (Resend) for the sole purpose of delivering your inquiry to us. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the processing purpose, subject to applicable statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about such processing, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction of your data, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
